But trust me, this is president-elect Dilma Rousseff right after the voting was clear she would win.

She made it clear that she is firmly in support of a free and independent press. (Good news for free press in Brazil)

Disse e repito que prefiro o barulho da imprensa livre ao silêncio das ditaduras. (I said and repeat that I prefer the noise of a free press to the silence of dictatorship.)
