China misses the point in dealing with fake journalists

There are times when I am so glad I keep in touch with colleagues and organizations in Hong Kong.

The China Media Project has been a great window on the world of journalism in China. (That is why I include them as an interesting link on the right page of this blog.)

The CMP has just published a review and discussion of the new rules for journalist licensing.

Rather than repeat everything I said on the SPJ International Committee blog, I’ll just post the link here for you to look at and react to.
